Overall OK & great location - substandard facilities, some service lacking & overpriced for quality
6.0Superb location - happy to have stayed here despite issues identified below. Room was nice (but needs some upgrading).
− A few problems with facilities - the plugs in our room kept tripping off so we struggled to charge phones etc. The child's bed collapsed while my daughter was on it. Staff in the bar were very slow and inattentive (but other staff were excellent). The breakfast was excellent, but the meals in the restaurant sub standard.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What really made our experience special was Cem, the manager Cem was incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out. He assisted us with everything we needed, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and handled all requests with a smile. His professionalism and genuine care truly set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you to Cem and the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

10.0We had the most fantastic stay at the Hagia Sofia Mansions. Everything was perfect - the brilliant central location, the really beautiful room, the basic things like shower and water pressure, air con, the exceptional staff and the unique nature of the property spread across multiple large houses behind the Mosque. Thankyou to the whole team!
