10.0Lovely modern and clean hotel, roof top pool, bar and restaurant are gorgeous, breakfast fabulous, we had an evening meal the night before we left due to rain and very early start next morning, staff throughout the hotel couldn't do enough for you, location ideal for night life and shopping, will definitely use this hotel if we go to Bangkok again

10.0The Key was in a good location with the BTS train just at the bottom of the street. The room was clean, only thing was we couldn't get the TV to work with Netflix or other apps, the rooftop pool was nice and not many guests around. I would stay again as the value for the room was great.

6.0The pool area is nice. However, the smoking area is at the pool, and this is very bad for non smokers. Unfortunately many chairs at the pool need to be repaired since we couldn’t change the setting. In the bedroom, there is only one chair and there is not enough drawers. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom very clean.
