I liked everything: the location, the staff's precision, the organization, the room, the cleanliness, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the metro. I will definitely be back.

− The water pressure in the fourth-floor bathroom was really low.

The MOST terrible experience of all my travels !!’

The place was far from where they claim it to be. It was a far walk. We arrived late at the paddington station bec one of my bags got lost. When we were done we tried to use the directions given us. Even the taxi drivers don’t know where it was so we had to drag our luggage looking for it in the middle of the night at close to 11 pm. I kept on calling the number they gave for emergency help but nobody was answering. I used my US Verizon phone line to call nobody answered back. Thankfully, a nice gentlemen on the street helped us find the place. The place was beautiful inside but at almost close to midnight and we can’t find the way to get in, you can’t appreciate the place. From 12 MN close 6 am? the people staying at the 2 nd level were dragging their feet with so much noise we could not sleep. By this time I kept on calling the emergency number again they gave us for the property asking for help. Nobody was helping us. I tried to reach booking.com and was told to reach out to the property directly. I sent several messages no reply. Finally at 9:25 am, I called the number this time suing the what’s app and somebody answered only to offer us until 11 am or we will be charged after. This is a joke!!! DO NOT STAY at this place!!!! It could be beautiful inside but it is not a good place to stay especially if you can not sleep and nobody helps you out when you need their help!!’ This is not how a hospitality business is supposed to be run for tourists who pay a lot to visit your country. NO amount of techy gadgets can replace the warmth and hospitality a tired and overwhelmed tourist who has not had any sleep bec of the neighbors’ noise! This is such a cold way of welcoming guests to your country. To be told they will give you only an hour as complimentary but after that you will be charged….

− Nobody helped us. Read the one I wrote above as I inadvertently wrote it as one I liked and I have no more energy to rewrite here after a sleepless night!

We loved our stay and will be staying with you next time we come to London. Great experience!

I liked the privacy and the kitchenette which made it feel like our own place. The room felt spacious because of the loft ceiling. The aircon was a life saver!

− You could hear the people in the next room loud and clear. the walls need sound proofing for a perfect score! Maybe a shoerack and some hooks for coats when you walk in would be nice. Of course it would be nice with daily cleaning too, but it didn’t bother us that much.
