8.0The location is excellent; the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The hotel's entrance is almost on the corner, and it was quite difficult for me to find it, as it's extremely small and hard to distinguish. The place is generally very cool, clean, and in excellent condition. Neither the windows nor the doors isolate the noise. In my case, I had a room facing the street, and I could hear people walking and talking all the time. I could even hear the guest in the room across the hall, almost as if he were in my bed. The fact that the doors can only be opened from the app on the phone worries me a lot. What would have happened if I ran out of battery, if my phone was stolen, or if I had no internet? None of that happened, but I still worry.

6.0The room was nice. The instructions to enter the property can be better, and they can have photos of the gate to let guests know where it is. There was noise from loud music late into the night.

6.0Great location but too small, uncomfortable and dark room. You feel like sleeping in a closet. Only one of the rooms have A/C. Minimum amenities, no TV and the entrance is like a window: super difficult to identify as a door during the night and even more difficult to handle luggage through its tiny but steppy stair.
