− 大浴場の着替え物入れがロッカーではないところ。カゴはやはりセキュリティに欠ける。スリッパも他の人が間違えて吐いていってしまいそうで嫌だった。 +お風呂内での外国人のマナーの悪さ。

10.0スムーズなチェックインとお部屋からの眺めがよく、ソファー座り心地もよかったです。 インフォメーションフロントにアメニティあり、朝のコーヒー☕嬉しく、紅茶パック充実してました。電子レンジと氷サービス最適でした。館内着も嬉しかったです
− お吸い物や、味噌汁パックあるとさらに、よいかなとおもいました。タオル交換できるサービスあったらいいなぁと 化粧水パックや乳液パックあると便利です。 スマホおきサービス小物入れがあったら、探さなくてすむかと！ アメニティの袋入れがあるかとおもったらなくて、荷物が沢山あり、手が塞がり、ルームキーがあけづらくて、不便さを感じました。

− この時期 冷蔵庫？が小さすぎ 冷えてるのか？という感じでした。 モーター音がベッドサイドでうるさかったので 必要でない為電源を切ろうとしたがスイッチがわからず モーター音だけが非常に気になりすぎてしまいました
