2.0The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

4.0Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.

2.0The attitude and the proffisionalty was zero with The staff i met was so impolite and the rest of team un helpful room was so low than pictures i was shocked with the smell at the room an elevator.
