10.0Loved the area! Beds were stiff but can easily fall asleep on. Staff was +++ great, especially for only knowing 2 Japanese words. Wish I would have stayed longer to be in the area another day!

8.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was great too with it being around all the great spots in Asakusa. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the beds were like bricks with how hard they were. The pillows were just a bit better but still felt like my head was on a rock.

10.0Staff was helpful and accommodating after the airline left my baggage in the US by accident. They were quick to let me know when my baggage was shipped to the hotel and they kept my bags safe until I picked them up. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms have a lot of really convient features. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!
