9.0The people are great... Some of the friendliest and professional I've seen in quite a while. The whole place was well thought out and spotlessly clean. The facilities very nice and the breakfast filling. The tuktuk service to Terminal 21 is a really convenient thing to have, plus easy access to the underused klong bus on San Saep Canal is a bonus few other places can offer
− I wish the shower in 208 was a little bigger but it was fine, as is.

− The sanitary conditions were not up to standard. There was even a bug smashed on the wall. I only stayed for one night and they refused to refund for the rest of the nights
