− The fact that there is no elevator. It is quite difficult to go to upper levels on a hot day, with or without luggage, taking the stairs.

10.0The view from this apartment was so amazing! The rooftop area is such a great bonus. The facility was clean and had many ammenities including a washing machine. The noise was very minimal despite being right next to a major viewing area.
− Fair warning, there is no elevator, but that wasn't really a big issue. Expect about a 30 to 40 minute walk to most other major attractions and the beach
Great unforgettable experience with a beautiful view
9.0The apartment view was amazing, and so was the rooftop view. The area was nice and close to many attractions, also not a far walk from the beach. Apartment met expectations and the owners were very kind!
− This was about a month ago, but there was a distinct smell I think from the cleaning supplies. Also, the shower head was a little messed up but nothing deal-breaking. And if your apartment is on a higher level then be prepared to take a lot of stairs with your luggage and to go in and out.

10.0まず、屋上に上がるとサグラダファミリアの目の前で、それだけで家族から歓声が上がりました。 昼夜問わず宿泊先の屋上から眺望を堪能でき、早朝や深夜の静かな雰囲気も楽しめました。部屋にはキッチン、冷蔵庫、乾燥機付き洗濯機、調理器具、食器、エアコン、FireTVがありとても便利でした。ベッドの寝心地もよく、シャワールーム、トイレも清潔でした。屋上の真下なので、寝る前や寝起きに飲み物をもって涼しい時間帯にサグラダファミリアの彫刻などをゆっくり見れますので、双眼鏡が必須です！ 地下鉄、タクシー乗り場、カルフール（スーパー）、カフェ、パン屋などが周囲にあり、朝食は焼き立てのパンでゆっくり過ごせます。 なお、夜10時を過ぎるとアルコールを購入できないので、ワインやビールはそれまでに買っておくことをお勧めします。
− 私たちは最上階の5階だったので、階段がきつかった。5階といっても日本の1階が0階で、2階までの高さが3階程度だったので、7階分の階段を上がるので観光で疲れた足で酔って帰ってくるときつかった。スタッフやホストさんがいれば手伝って運んでくれます。
