− Requested a ground floor room - found that rooms start on second floor and I was placed on the third floor. Lockers not big enough to fit medium sized suitcase, had to leave suitcase behind curtain and hope it wasn’t stolen.
Good to know
Guest can store their luggage with us after check out but need to collect it anytime till 6 pm.
