Buon soggiorno per andare alla Biennale

Buona posizione per la Biennale di Venezia, in luogo silenzioso e una bella vista dalle finestre. A due minuti a piedi dalla fermata vaporetto Celestia. Camera datata ma comoda e con un bel soffitto con travi in legno. Apprezzata la presenza dell'ascensore. Bagno datato anch'esso, ma la doccia era molto spaziosa. Aria condizionata funzionante. Comodo il check-in automatico.

− Pulizia da migliorare: applique parete piena di insetti, wc pieno di calcare, ecc. Ventola del bagno davvero molto rumorosa.

The location was by far the highlight of our stay. It is situated in a quieter, more authentic part of Venice where we saw not only tourists but also locals going about their daily lives. Right around the corner there was a local bakery, a butcher, and several cafés with excellent coffee, fresh pastries, and very reasonable prices. It felt like we experienced a more genuine side of Venice rather than a tourist hotspot. The hotel itself has a charming vintage character. While the décor is dated, it is full of beautiful details like marble, terrazzo floors, and classic Italian designl, and I can imagine it was a very luxurious property in its day. We appreciated that authentic atmosphere far more than a modern, generic hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping was attentive, and both the air conditioning and refrigerator worked extremely well. After spending long, hot, and humid days exploring Venice, coming back to a cool room made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The staff were also very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The property is easy to reach by vaporetto, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city.

− There was a fairly strong scented fragrance in the common areas of the hotel, which may not be to everyone’s taste. Fortunately, the smell was not present in our room. The hotel is also somewhat dated, but everything is well maintained and built with quality materials, so for us it added to the authentic charm rather than taking away from the experience.

L'emplacement est parfait pour nous : au calme, dans un quartier typique, à quelques minutes du centre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pas loin (boulangerie, supérette, restaurant, café, bateau...). La chambre était grande, au bord du canal, il y avait même un petit frigo caché dans le bureau. La personne à l'accueil était très sympathique. La personne qui s'occupe des chambres est passée refaire la chambre. Un vrai coup de cœur.
