10.0This hotel is great, the staff seem just like family and their hospitality is phenomenal. I would recommend going there. It is 5 mins from Taksim square. Rooms are spacious. The main reason i am writing is because of our receptionist Mr. Semih Tut. He is a true gentleman and a gem of a person. Best guide and a true friend. 10/10 for the staff.
− The sofa accommodation is a bit small for sleeping.

9.0The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good although quite basic. Great location for exploring the city centre, close to Taksim square and Istiklal pedestrian street with all the shops. Quiet enough given it is so close to the busy tourist area.
− The aircon was too loud, so had to switch it off. Still it was not hot for July and no bad smell in the room (which is a big deal for me). The door lock was not very secure so I would not leave valuable stuff in the room.
