4.0The property is centrally located and staff were very helpful. However, the room we were given did not resemble the photo at all. We had 8-10 stairs to drag our suitcases up, the towels were thread bare and they charged us for a 2nd towel, and the room was poorly lit with no soap or tissue.

10.0Great location just a few blocks from train station with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Fully equipped in room kitchen. Comfy bed/pillows. Elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

8.0The hotel is near the central station. The room is cozy with a kitchen in it, so guest could cook in the room during the stay. However, service is just average, the concierge opens only from 07:00-19:30 (if I remember it correctly), so there is no 24/7 front desk service. Also, I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights but there was no housekeeping service during the period.
