− El acceso a las habitaciones es estrecho. La limpieza de la moqueta tampoco parece el adecuado.
Good locations
7.0Nice hotel good location only 5 min walk from Lancaster Gate Station. And 3 min or so to hyde park entrance . Staff were lovely and helpful. Great aircon which was ao needed in the heat .
− Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a triple room ? Not needed but ok . Was down in the basement so could hear a lot of noise from trams . Shower absolutely tiny and I couldn't even bend in there to pick up shampoo. Shower didn't drain either so had to keep turning it off to leave it drain leaving me standing in shower washing hair with no water. Anyway rang reception and they sent someone immediately and when we complained about the noise promptly moved up to top floor room with just double bed and way bigger bathroom so all good . My advice dont take the triple room .
