4.0Room was super clean but wasn’t as big as we thought it would shower was slightly uncomfortable because you could see who over is in shower. Breakfast was nice until I got hair from mushroom section. Staff was very slow at the reception and didn’t gave even a discount in regards the hair in food even I showed a manger . Breakfast had many options, but I lost my appetite since that incident

6.0Good location next to Regent’s Park. Very close to 2 underground stops. Stayed at the level which included breakfast and a tapas hour and free drinks. The major downside was that they charged an addition service fee that was not communicated to me as the price I paid via Expedia (which was already very expensive) said all fees were included. Also not very eco friendly as no options to reuse towels. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
