10.0What an amazing hotel .. from the moment you walk into the lobby the attention by the staff is first class We stayed last night and had booked a standard room ( which would have been amazing) however we were automatically upgraded to a signature suite by the lovely Prerna upon check in Wow!! It was superb.. a fabulous selection of drinks and snack and everything in the room you would expect from a luxury hotel in Mayfair Upon checkout after a wonderful stay we were helped by Sofi who again was so helpful and professional whilst remaining friendly Thank you to all the staff that contributed to a fantastic stay.. we will be back
Great location (near the parks)
8.0We stayed here for two nights. Posh hotel and crowd. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast OK. I’ll guess that the price/quality is not fully on par. But then again, everything surrounding the hotel is incredibly priced.
