É evidente que existe uma cultura de serviço orientada para o bem-estar do hóspede, fazendo-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos. As instalações são excelentes, o ambiente é elegante e acolhedor, e a qualidade do serviço supera as expectativas. Foi uma estadia memorável, que recomendamos sem qualquer reserva. Parabéns a toda a equipa pelo excelente trabalho. Voltaremos, sem dúvida.
− Como único ponto menos positivo, nota-se que algumas áreas e instalações começam a evidenciar o desgaste natural do tempo e beneficiariam de uma renovação. Apesar de tudo se encontrar limpo e bem cuidado, uma actualização de alguns espaços tornaria a experiência ainda mais condizente com o elevado nível de serviço e com a categoria de um hotel de 5 estrelas.

10.0I have been a member of the IHG group for a couple of years now and have had nothing but great experiences in all locations/countries I've visited. The Intercontinental Madrid was no exception. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by extremely helpful and cheerful staff who couldn't do enough to assist. I don't think there was a staff member who didn't greet us when we walked passed which really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful. The bar, restaurant and rooms are spectacular. The cleanliness and overall elegance of the establishment is reason alone to visit Madrid. I have to give a special shout out to Deyanira R. who works in the Club Lounge. The level of service we received while we were there was astounding. Whether it was offering us coffee or recommending what to have for breakfast, she never once failed to make us smile. She effortlessly made sure that every person in the room was attended to from taking a food order to simply closing a blind slightly to block out the sun's glare. Regardless of how busy she was she never stopped smiling and even took some time to recommend places to see and the best times to return to Madrid. It is people like her to turn good hotels into great ones. Intercontinental Madrid has the best hotel, best staff and i definitely would recommend.
