10.0Went to New York for my dream short break. The hotel is ideally situated, close to most attractions. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and the breakfast ( included in the price) was second to none. I had the most amazing experience in NYC and staying at The Intercontinental Barclay was the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend 👍👍👍

We are an IHG family and enjoy Diamond Elite status, yet this was the first time we had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Barclay. What an experience. From learning about the iconic 100 year history of the Barclay, to enjoying world class accomodations and having the pleasure to work with the most professional staff at every level. We look forward to returning and highly recommend that travelers to NYC experience the luxery, grace, history and style that is The Intercontinental Barclay.
A great stay
10.0Located centrally on the east side of Manhattan, the Intercontinental has a beautiful atmosphere, both in the lobby and in the guest rooms. There was ample space for both of us, especially considering one of us was in NYC for business and the other for a social event. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, making our short stay both memorable and efficient!
