− Kamer was ok maar de airconditioning werkte niet naar behoren maakte enorme lawaai kon alleen op max staan of uit ! Heb er een melding van gemaakt. Maar omdat ze volgeboekt waren kon ik geen andere kamer krijgen. 3 nachten niet geslapen van het geluid. Ik vroeg geen andere kamer maar een monteur!!!!!

− 1.No tea or coffee available in the room. 2. No kettle for personal use. 3. Toothbrush and toothpaste should have been changed daily.

− There was construction going on and there was a generator blowing the most awful smell directly into our room. Upon approaching front of house to raise the concern they advised there was nothing they could do except move us the final night to f a 2 night stay and with 2 children They have provided and email with an amount to be refunded but yet to see this reflected. Also not had my hold refunded yet either
