10.0В этом отеле мы останавливаемся ни в первый раз, настоящий старинный отель в римском стиле! Номер люкс нам очень понравился, на этот раз у нас было 2 номера! но, очень жаль, что при наличии свободных номеров на сайте, администрация не была так любезна и не продлила нам хотя бы один, из номеров на 1 или 2 часа, мы ушли гулять по жаркому и красивому городу , а наша мама 74 года, сидела в холле отеля, где сильно пахнет старыми коврами, но Уважаемая администрация, обращаю ваше внимание, что к постояльцам необходимо относиться более лояльно, вы не цените гостей, при том, что у вас было несколько свободных номеров, Вы хотите только получать деньги, не оказывая сервис!
