Great location, comfortable unit, good air conditioning.
9.0Air conditioning was excellent, location is very convenient and close to restaurants, bars, the Prado.
− It was a little confusing getting into the actual unit, the instructions said to turn the knob to the left, but it was the opossite. Not a huge deal.

Decent place. Awful management.
7.0− Management company very unresponsive. We were unable to check in early so had to go to luggage storage and pay extra for that the day of our arrival and departure. The day we arrived we did not receive any information about check-in until about 15 minutes before the check in time. We've stayed in several places before where they send you the information early but the door code is not active until check-in time. Hours before check-in we had messaged that one of our travelers was ill and needed to lie down. We did not even receive a negative response so he ended up sleeping in a park.
