10.0Great location, AC for the very hot Roman July days, staff is very responsive. And the 2 women workers I met were so kind and welcoming. They insisted on feeding me, making me coffee and making sure I was happy, fed and comfortable. Truly, genuinely kind. My AC stopped working on my last night, I decided to just leave it alone and leave it til the morning to let them know. They owner of the building knew it wasn't working and came and fixed it for me.
− The door is strange for Americans, but not insurmountable once you understand it. If you stay here, I recommend asking the worker on site to give you a tutorial and have you unlock the door under their supervision. I got locked out for an hour, but my own fault. Once I was shown how to open, I never had another issue.
Stay here if you want the best of Rome. Amazing staff
