We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. After messaging us early on, we were sent no instructions or further communications close to our stay. We showed up from the train station, found the door and realized it was not a “typical hotel.” It was more of an office/condo building. It had a non-descript buzzer that allowed us into a gated room where another gate was there. No one came to greet us, so we went out and buzzed again to see if someone would talk to us: Nope. But this second buzz got us past both gates. Then we walked up 8 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Upon arriving, we found an open door to the suite and entered a kitchenette/lobby area. There was no one behind the desk or anywhere. With that, we found one bedroom open with keys in it. We had to assume it was ours. Without any instructions on keys or check-in/out, we just tried all the doors with the keys to make sure they’d work. In the room, we found hairs leftover, a leftover razor cover in the shower, blood stains on the sheets and a general lack of cleanliness. We stayed there just overnight since we had to leave early in the morning. By the time we left at 8 am, no one was there still. We weren’t sure if there were people in the other rooms. Overall, a bizarre self-check-in and out of a somewhat dirty room and haven’t heard from them since.

Svært at finde, ingen tilstede da vi ankom... Måtte vente 40 minutter, fik hjælp at et nærliggende hotel. Når man kommer til den aftalte tid, bør der være nogle på stedet...☹

Stanza bellissima e apprezzato molto il servizio e la disponibilità del personale per le nostre esigenze famigliari. Da consigliare per futuri soggiorni vista anche la centralità e comodità alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Unico appunto consiglierei di migliorare la colazione con prodotti di maggior qualità e freschezza (ex. mancanza di anche semplici brioches e frutta fresca).

The room was in very bad shape. No water pressure on the sink, the water tap was broken, many other items in the bathroom as well, no light in the room and AC was working only very weak. It’s a shame. Also remember that you are in an appartement and you ear whatever your neighbour is doing. Also checkin process is weird. You get there and no one to open you. You have to phone them... Other than that, very nice service, clean and nice decorated room.

I would stay again.

We had a really nice stay, the room was large and very new and clean. The concierge was very nice and helpful, even arranging early check-in and have us directions to local attractions. Breakfast was nice with some local pastries and espresso. Great location, walkable to a lot of the sights.
