10.0To start off the entrance to the hotel is in the back in an alley where there are nightclubs and drunk people all night peeing on the walls and on the street it is very unsafe. The nightclubs were going on all night until about six or seven in the morning and they would be breaking glass bottles all night and being really noisy. I saw the police going there every night to break up something..

2.0Property was hard to find. Address says it’s on main strip, ended up having to go down a couple set of stairs. About 20 beds or so shared 2 showers and 2 bathrooms (one shower was being remodeled, so one) haha. There wasn’t really a common room and the reception were kinda uptight. Wouldn’t recommend
