7.0The location was excellent for our purposes.
− No TV. Although not mentioned in facilities we feel it should be noted in the description to make people aware. There were no toiletries as mentioned so purchased our own for the stay. Tea towel would be useful if not using dish washer. We thought it would a convential oven rather than microwave/oven combi with no instructions. Not sure its ok to have to wait a possible 14 days for deposit refund.

9.0Apartamento confortável, limpo, ótima localização. A menos de 10 minutos do metrô. Supermercado, farmácia e padaria próximos.

− Furniture could do with re looking at, no TV, filing cabinet and little desk etc in living room. Could be better layout of furniture, but that’s being very picky . Also people above were really quite nosey in the mornings, small children , furniture moving .
