− They never refilled our hand and body wash, our toilet wasn’t clean enough, and the shower didn’t smell good.

8.0The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping team goes above and beyond. The restaurant and business centre staff are also friendly, professional, and so helpful. I really liked the gym. It’s got everything. Breakfast is excellent.
− Your experience at reception really depends on who you meet. Most of the staff are very pleasant, but there seems to be a lack of consistency in how procedures are applied, which made check in more frustrating than it needed to be.
