− El personal no es nada amable desde la persona que te hace el aseo de la habitación hasta el front desk, mi hija perdió su pulsera y a los 5 minutos de habernos dado cuenta que se le cayó en el ascensor nos dirigimos al lobby para solicitar que revisaran las cámaras para ve quien la pudo haber tomado y solicitar que se le sea devuelta y se negaron a ver las cámaras informando que como era un hotel que recibía muchas personas no lo podían hacer, solicite hablar con el gerente y fue muy grosero con mi hija de 14 años y conmigo, al dia siguiente al ver que no quisieron ver las cámaras solicitamos colocar nosotros mismos unos carteles y nos dijeron que si pero a los 5 minutos de haberlos colocado los quitaron la verdad de muy mal gusto lo que hicieron, antes de irnos volvimos a hablar con ellos y se comprometieron a darnos dos noches en compensación por lo sucedido a la tarjeta con la que se había pagado el hotel y a la fecha aun no han devuelto el dinero.

Great views close to everything you need
9.0This hotel is great value for the location, the views, and the rooftop bar. It's super close to subway stations, time square and Central Park, but it wasn't noisy or hugely busy. The staff were helpful and easy to commincate with prior to arrival.
− For a nice hotel it feels like it could have more amenities - laundry, pool/sauna, bigger gym.
