− Uima-allas oli epäsiisti (likainen vesi ja likaiset altaan reunat).,
Ideally located and not far from the station. Easy walk to Kensington gardens.
7.0Comfortable and easy to get to what I needed to in the hotel.
− Expensive and the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. The breakfast was very expensive.

5.0Ang tyst rum: ja,tyst då det låg mot en bakgård. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört, hörde vad folk sa,hörde andras toaletter spolas. Tv: n satt på väg så man såg den från sidan då man låg i sängen. Positivt med fräsch pool.
− Mindre lyhört, bättre planerat rum så man placerat tv framför sängen. Lägre pris då, priset ej va värd standard.
Disappointing
3.0The conceige was friendly and informative. The reception staff were friendly (when you’d eventually get to speak with them because they are very understaffed)
− The rooms are dusty, dirty and dated. Don’t even have usb ports. Staff don’t answer the phone (housekeeping and reception) When you go down to reception to speak with them or because of something you require from housekeeping, you have a long wait before anyone is available to speak with you. The breakfast was not good. I had the do not disturb sign on the door, but the male housekeeper unlocked the door and came in, he left in a hurry when I shouted out “hello!” I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. They definitely aren’t deserving of their 4 star rating.
