10.0We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with excellent transport links that made getting around London really easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and it set us up perfectly for busy days exploring the city. We travelled as a family and felt very well looked after. A special shout-out to Francesca, who was so lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her kindness and friendly attitude really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off. Yes, parts of the hotel are a little dated, but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the location. If you're looking for a clean, friendly hotel in a great area rather than expecting a luxury five-star experience, this is a fantastic choice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our London trip so memorable!

6.0A localização é muito boa, bairro excelente, perto de restaurantes gostosos, museus, parques. Os metrôs mais perto ficam há mais ou menos 15/20 minutos à pé.
− O hotel está muito envelhecido, precisa de muitos reparos, móveis dos quartos muito antigos, camas não muito confortáveis, carpetes e cortinhas escuras e a iluminação não muito boa. A limpeza, por ser carpete, também fica prejudicada.
