The location was perfect with easy access to public transport.

− Poorly equiped kitchen. Lack of outdoor furnitures with a very large terrace. The main TV was effectively unusable. The smart TV had not been copnfigured with the standard free-to-air streaming applications or channels, leaving only Netlix or Amazon Prime available as we do not subscribe to either of these we were unable to watch television at all We reported this issue twice during our visit and were assured that the issue would be resolved but unfortunately no one attended to fix it. One of the mobile air con leaked in a bedroom and no one came to fix the problem.

It’s in an excellent location and close to public transportation. It is very clean and spacious.

− Just wish there were starter things like fairy liquid or a couple detergent tabs for dishwasher. Maybe some shower gel would be nice too.

Great location with secure parking and large apartment

− No terrace furniture so wasted space would have been great and wouldn’t have taken much to achieve it. Whilst the bedrooms were clean and the main lounge/kitchen, the kitchen worktops were covered in a film of what looked like dust. There were barely enough plates and cutlery and whilst the bathrooms were lovely we had silver fish in both bathrooms and clearly it needs sorting out.

Definitely recommend! Good location and incredible hosts!

My family and I were in town for two weeks and both the host, Maya, and her associate, Sarah, were helpful, punctual, and dependable throughout our stay. The apartment itself had a spacious living room as well as two well-sized bedrooms (one master with an ensuite bathroom). The entire flat was modern and equipped with the appliances you'll need for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry cabinet. Huge bonus was that the bedrooms had portable airconditioners. It's conveniently located to the Kew Bridge rail station, which can take you directly to Waterloo in Central London. The general area was very residential, local, quiet, and safe. Cross the Kew Bridge and you'll find a slew of cafes, restaurants, as well as directions to Kew Gardens.

− The kitchen needs a bit of stocking up on some kitchenware (e.g., chopping board, coffee maker, serving bowls, etc.) However, this is not a downside whatsoever. It still included dinner plates, cutlery, and cooking pans, oven pan, and cooking spatulas. Would just be nice to have a bit more stuff.

Very close to ground transport, 15 minute walk from the Tube. Very spacious flat!

− We unfortunately stayed during a 35C week so the flat was roasting, however, portable AC units were provided for the bedrooms. I would suggest a few more cooking amenities like salt, for folks on long term stays.
