Attentive and courteous concierge
10.0The hotel’s concierge, Michele, was extremely helpful in resolving my problem posting a letter. I had been to a post office and two other shops (which were supposed to sell stamps, but didn’t). I spoke to Michele and explained this and he said he would handle it. He personally found a post office, paid the postage and sent it. He then took a photo of the letter as a receipt and gave me change from the money I’d given him for this purpose. Michele went above my expectations in assisting me in this task! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
