− O horário de check-in marcado pelo hotel era das 16h às 17h, chegamos por volta das 16h30, pediram para esperar porque não havia quarto vago, disseram que fariam um upgrade, pois não havia quarto. Ficamos na recepção quase uma hora aguardando, no final, não teve upgrade nenhum, pelo contrário. Reservamos um quarto para três pessoas, mas chegando no quarto, havia apenas uma cama de casal e toalhas de banho apenas para duas pessoas. Desci e fiz uma reclamação na recepção, informaram que iriam resolver, ficamos no quarto aguardando e nada foi feito. Já passei por muitos hotéis e esta é a primeira vez que tenho este tipo de tratamento. Cobram por um serviço e entregam outro. Tivemos que dormir em três numa cama de casal.
