3.0− 3일을 숙박하고 7월 25일 체크아웃할때 동양인 직원의 무례한 행동을 잊을 수가 없을 것이다. 여직원이 준 내역서를 잘 몰라서 물어보려고 하는데, 뭐가 문제냐는 말투와 표정과 무시하는 태도가 끔찍한 경험이었다. 고객이 잘 모르는 것을 알려줄 의무가 서비스 직원에게는 있다고 생각한다. 그 직원의 서비스 마인드가 결여되어 있고, 그것이 뉴욕의 이미지를 나쁘게 만들었다. 영어에 능숙하지 못한 사람을 무시하는 모습이 같은 인종을 오히려 차별하는 것으로 느껴졌다.

9.0Everything about the hotel. Right from the staff who were amazing,, the porters, the location right in the heart of Times Square. Cleanliness. I would go back. The rooftop restaurant. My family and I had a wonderful time.
