10.0The hotel is very well located, just a couple of blocks from both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The room is small, but that's quite common in Paris. The hotel itself is charming, and the staff is incredible. A special shout-out to Youssef for his outstanding attitude and dedication to making my stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The entire staff was warm, professional, and exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to be friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Being a boutique hotel, the level of personalized service was exceptional. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was much larger than we expected for Paris. Having the extra space made a big difference and allowed us to truly relax after long days of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, the walk-in shower was spacious, and while the bathroom vanity was a bit small, it was a minor tradeoff for such a well-designed room. We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel, with consistently excellent food and service. The location is one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. The Metro station is directly across the street, making it incredibly easy to explore Paris. We were able to use the Metro for about 90% of our sightseeing, which saved both time and money by eliminating the need for taxis most of the time. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located boutique hotel with outstanding service, we highly recommend the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

− Banheiro antigo com banheira, deveriam transformar em box mais moderno e melhor usável! Carpete démodé e anti higiênico para hoje em dia. Quarto precisa tirar aquilo e colocar um piso mais apropriado!
