Very accommodating
10.0This hotel was in an excellent location. Can walk, take the bus or subway. Safe area. Staff was friendly and spent New Years at the hotel. Initially my first room was not in a good location and the vent was not working. Then i got moved to a higher floor and the heater was on and was running high. I had to open the windows. I called the staff the next morning and the maintenance people were able to fix it. No problems after that. It was overall a great experience.
