Location, Location!
8.0The location is fantastic - easy access from Heathrow, a short walk from Green Park Station, easy to get to anywhere. We were in Apt 1 on ground floor, the bedroom at the back was very quiet. The kitchen was small but well-equipped. Apartment lounge and bedroom are very light and bright with big windows. The wifi was good, it went down once during our stay and management were responsive and effective to get it sorted. Good supermarkets nearby. Two portable A/C units were ugly and a bit noisy, but effective and much appreciated!
− Some of the furniture and carpets are tired and a bit shabby in Apt 1. Carpet in the front hall (shared between all apartments) is awful and doesn't give a good impression on first arrival. Some windows in the apartment didn't open, others did but had DIY security systems to keep them secure when closed. Some light bulbs missing in bathroom.

Please proceed to 34-36 Clarges street W1J 7EH. Call the House Manager approximately 15 minutes before arriving at the apartment. The House Manager would then meet you at the apartment for the check-in. Please keep in mind that there is no reception area in the building. Contact details will be provided after booking.
Alternatively, should you be unable to call, please proceed to Shaw House, 6 Chesterfield Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5JQ to collect the keys.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be ample hand soap and hand gel in every bathroom and toilet. Towels in the apartment will be changed daily. Linen will be changed as often as guests request it to be done. The property will provide guests with an unlimited supply of masks and gloves.
