6.0This property does have all the essential even with a kitchenette and washing machine. The room is clean. Very small. The mattress is very thin, prepare for a hard bed to sleep! We only stayed for one night, so it was ok. Staff communicated well with email for what was required before giving the self check in information.

8.0The Takumi was bare bones, even by Japanese standards. Other than that, our stay was very good! Communication with the manager of the property was excellent!

6.0娘と友達3人の女の子の宿泊に使いました。隣の隣の部屋が外国人男性の利用だったのでちょっとドキドキしてしまいました。 清潔だし、値段の割に備品も揃ってるんですが、1つだけ不満があります。 お布団が裸布団だったことです。値段が値段なのですが上下の布団カバーが欲しかったです。洗っていない裸布団に子供たちを寝せるのが嫌でした。 宿泊費があと1000円2000円高く払っても、清潔なお布団を準備されたほうが人気が出ると思います。

10.0The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan.
