A lovely experience in a very comfy and beautiful designed room.
8.0We received an upgrade and the signature room was fantastic and comfortable. The amenities were great and was a lovely place to stay caged a long day of tourism. The location was excellent and was within walking distance to main London destinations.
− The pull out bed for our child was very uncomfortable and the mattress was really hard and you four feel all the bumps and springs. Luckily the main bed was so large there was room for all three of us. In addition, there wasn’t really any gluten free options so couldn’t cater to my partners dietary requirements.

8.0We stayed here for our wedding night and the staff were really lovely and helpful. We got a complementary upgrade and bottle of processco to celebrate which was very kind and much appreciated. The hotel reception, room decor and design etc is very stylish. The location in Holborn is very convenient. Overall a really enjoyable stay in central London.
