It was a beautiful room and a good location a quick walk to Khao San Road

Lovely little guesthouse, perfectly located and with an extremely friendly owner.
10.0We loved our stay here. The bed/mattresses were very comfortable. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a big window overlooking a temple. The aircon was extremely effective and a nice relief after a hot day. The host was exceptionally nice, and her coffee from her shop was excellent! The small touches were really nice, including hairdryers and free tea and coffee downstairs. The property itself is really well located, near to bus stops and the river boat terminals, with two 7/11s nearby. The local food is also really nice and affordable. We loved it so much we extended 3 days extra and if we came back to BKK, this would be our first choice to stay again.
− It’s an old building so you do get occasional visits from local wildlife (geckos and cockroaches). The shared bathrooms were cleaned to a high standard, they could have been cleaned more regularly as you can’t always rely on other guests to maintain hygiene standards.
