− The doors slam which is annoying and the loo roll was in an awkward position in relation to the loo
It was good the room was great staff friendly and helpful. For the price it would have been good to know we couldn’t use
7.0Nice upmarket hotel in a fantastic location
− The bar and reception room in the basement were not available to use on all of our stay. We chose it so that we could relax in the evening with a drink. The restaurant was closed on Friday, Sunday and Monday meaning we couldn’t eat in the hotel and we went to see a show on Saturday.

Good location for a short break in London with comfy room.
8.0Nice boutique restaurant for breakfast. Food very good. Very comfy bed. Good location in a nice area with restaurants nearby and close to tube station.
− Check in experience a bit slow - only one member of staff and awkward customer.
