10.0Thoughtful and friendly staff. Beautifully appointed. The experience at this hotel is second to none. Its location is near major shopping, restaurants and bars. Hyde Park is around the corner and is very close to Marble Arch tube station

10.0We had a wonderful stay. It is very central located to Hyde Park. Lots of shopping around and when traveling with the family, the kitchen came in very handy for breakfast It does not have a restaurant, but there are so many around. It was not a concern of ours.
