7.0Great location. Staff were good and allowed us a late checkout. Close to tube station.
− ‘Non smoking room’ smelled of smoke. We were upgraded to ‘deluxe’ but room was still very small & smelled.

10.0The hotel is in the perfect location, making it easy to explore London. I stayed here with my friends and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Aditi, who made my stay exceptional. I asked to change my room two different times because I wasn’t happy with my initial choices, and she patiently helped me every single time with a big smile, making sure I was completely satisfied. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference and I loved it. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit London next.
− The only downside was that the second lift was out of service during my stay, which sometimes caused delays. Also, the corridor doors closed very forcefully and slammed quite loudly.
