10.0Would absolutely recommend, our stay was amazing! Every single staff member was so kind and helpful, the facility was clean and well kept, and the breakfast was great. Location is very close to Galata tower, and not far from public transportation to get to other tourist sites, but a bit off the beaten path. Well worth it for the hospitality though!

10.0Best hotel staff I ever encounter during my travel. Especially Ghofran who helped us in a locating a lot of things, she was exceptional. I will have to mention the manager Mohamed that went above and beyond, he even got my husband a gift for his birthday that coincided at the time of our stay. Also Ahmed who was welcoming and the friendliest when we checked in. My hat to all of them and my thanks for making our journey wonderful.
