2.0Toilet was not cleaned. Room was very small and cramped. The spare duvet in the wardrobe was not clean; it had a very bad smell. The room we had on the first floor was directly across from a restaurant so everybody could see into our room which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The hotel is situated on a very busy street with lots of noise. The ac was very weak. The only good thing was the WiFi.

8.0Small room, but has everything you need. Delicious food. Very friendly manager and staff, can see that they are really trying to improve the hotel. Not far from grand bazaar and you can catch the tram to the blue mosque.
