10.0We lived it here! Great staff, friendly and attentive. The rooms were simple and very clean. The ladies who prepared breakfast each morning were great and the food was beautiful. The housekeepers were kind and took great care of our room daily. I would absolutely stay there again. Bravo Hotel Los Condes!!! Gracias!

4.0It is an overpriced hotel. Night was USD$355. Breakfast very basic and limited, and the room quite small. The shower was very uncomfortable and there was no help with the suitcases. I stayed at the hotel The Emperador and the night was only USD$254, better breakfast, better room, better hotel and USD$100 cheaper.
