Don't stay here!

1.0

There was NOTHING I liked at all.

I only stayed one night and that was more than enough. The room was dirty, mouldy and clearly not looked after. It felt grubby from the minute I walked in and I couldn't wait to leave. I saw my friend's room as well and, their one was equally disgusting. I honestly don't know how this hotel gets away with charging people for rooms in this condition. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else."

The Worst Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In

1.0

The only positive was the location, which is convenient for King's Cross and St Pancras. Beyond that, I genuinely struggle to find anything positive to say.

My American husband was genuinely shocked by the condition of this room. His comment was that he has stayed in Motel 6s in America that were in far better condition than this. The room didn't just look old, it felt filthy. The carpets felt sticky underfoot, the bathroom floor was sticky, the furniture was grubby, the walls were marked, and the whole room gave the impression it hadn't had a proper deep clean or been properly maintained in a very long time. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant. There was mould around the shower, mould around the ceiling, mould where the walls met the ceiling, mould around the sealant, and grime throughout. The sink had a large crack running through it, the water pressure was little more than a dribble, and we genuinely didn't want to use the shower because it felt so dirty. The television didn't work at all. The aerial cable had been cut, cables were hanging loose, the socket was damaged, and the whole installation looked like a bodged DIY job. The extractor fan was clogged with thick dust and grime. There were cobwebs around the room, the curtain was filthy and full of holes, the windows were filthy, and there was dirt and dust collecting around the skirting boards and edges of the room. Everywhere you looked there was dirt, grime, mould and disrepair. To add insult to injury, the hotel also charges guests to store luggage after checkout, something that many hotels provide free of charge. We didn't complain during our stay, which in hindsight was probably a mistake. Instead, I photographed everything because I couldn't believe the condition of the room we had been given. Looking back through those photos now, I'm even more astonished that anyone thought this was acceptable accommodation for paying guests. This wasn't a minor maintenance issue or a room that was simply a bit dated. It was dirty, poorly maintained and neglected. My friend also booked a room.

The worst ever

1.0

Absolutely nothing, it was horrible! The room was very small, the bathroom as literally only 10cm in length and width, there were ants and other bugs all over.

Eveything! The staff were no help whatsoever, the hotel itself was abysmal, numerous health codes were violated, there were bugs in our room and it was an awful dirty small room.

It was nice experience as money.

We were in the basement. The bathroom bin still had the contents of the previous occupants. The curtains were hanging off. The walls were damp and dirty. The carpet was dirty. We spent 15mins in the room as had to get changed to watch a show and them left handing the keys back immediately. Have since approached for a refund to be told nine would be given..would not recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures are nothing like what was provided

Absolutely not worth £85 for a night.

The shower didn’t work at all, waited 15 minuets to get into the hotel. I was in the basement which was dark and dindy, paint was coming off the walls, no little shower gels or anything (not that it mattered with no running water!)
