Disappointing
3.0− The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood and the landlord removed the mould issues in the bedroom quickly. Unfortunately, we had to conclude, that the flat is very much worn out and dated, humid and dark, since it is downstairs/sousterrain. And there were "leftovers" from the previous tenants > hairs in the shower/bathroom. A big surprise was that you cannot close the door of the second bedroom - it is a door without a door lock/just an as-if-knob. So no privacy at all. There are no nightstands in the second bedroom, no cupboards, no towel hooks, just a press-down cooffeemaker for ONE cup/person - although it's a 7 person flat. All in all, it was unfortunately very disappointing; given the fairly high price, we had expected a different standard of course. You pay for the surrounding, not for the flat, let's put it that way.

− I can hear every footstep from the property above. Also, I was woken up very early by a water dripping from the property above into the kitchen.

− Needed fresh updates to include appliances. dryer does not really dry clothes, some fresh paint, etc.
Excellent location, excellent communication and wonderful accommodation.

− Very minor but the kitchen sink didn’t fit properly. So filling the sink was impossible.
