10.0This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Istanbul. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Everything was excellent—the room was spotless, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

10.0We felt like being with family members.. Amazing staff .. very nice and professional.. 10/10 the hotel is very very clean !! Wow !! And it is in a very convenient location, we were walking or taking the tram .. calm area and lively !!
