10.0This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. There is a beverage vending machine and unlimited serve your own alcohol available 24/7. The inside is so pretty and calming and they have a little campsite themed dining area. Our room was very nice with an area to leave your shoes, a big bath with jets, an adjustable shower head, and a comfy bed with a canopy (plus mini fridge, microwave, tv and kettle). Everything was clean and the hallways were decorated pretty with plants and intricate woodwork. They have lots of freebies including lotion, mints, nose strips, face masks, bath salt, shampoo, conditioner, and hair accessories. You can also rent the larger bottles of shampoo, pillows, a massage gun, casual clothing, and a bed topper. You do have to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave but it was very easy. There was always someone there and I felt this kept us from loosing the key. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to come back one day! Thank you!

8.0I enjoyed the hotel the free snacks, free bar, free body and skin care! I loved how close to trains it was. I enjoyed the room the few things I didn’t enjoy was the stair case into the room I don’t remember seeing it on the photos and lastly didn’t like the table that was in the room not a lot of space with it in there! You couldn’t walk along the other side of the bed or utilize the couch because this end table was in the way!

10.0Amazing hotel with a lot of free services and goodies.. The hotel rooms were small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo - this was still better than other hotels I've experienced there..
