10.0Traumhafte Lage , unfassbare Aussicht auf den Canale Grande, ab 6 Uhr morgens kann man wunderbar das Alltagstreiben gemütlich bei einem Espresso genießen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, kombiniert modernes mit typisch venezianischem Stil, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, was sehr schön angerichtet wurde, unkompliziertes Self-Check-in , wir hatten die Deluxe Suite mit eigenem Badezimmer, das Bett war sehr bequem , die Aussicht ein Traum, jegliche Fragen wurde vor Ort oder per WhatsApp sehr schnell beantwortet . Ich habe bereits vier Mal in Venedig übernachtet, aber das war die wunderschönste Unterkunft !

10.0Our booking did not indicate that we would receive breakfast, so we were pleasantly surprised when we found out that breakfast was included. The breakfast was great, and included fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt, as well as made to order eggs, ham, cheese, if you wanted.

− My only small observation was that because of the busier location, you do hear some noise from outside in the mornings and evenings.
